AFC Race Street Gallery

Reflecting the mission of the AFC, the AFC Race Street Gallery seeks to increase awareness and appreciation of the built environment of Greater Cincinnati.  The intent is to provide provocative yet readily understandable exhibitions and programs that increase public knowledge, appreciation, and support for excellent, sustainable design, which will enhance the experience of people who live, work, and visit here.  The gallery serves as a gathering place for people to learn about regional architecture and to explore its significance for sustainable urban design.

The gallery offers changing exhibitions about the built environment, free and low-fee education programs based upon exhibition topics, publication of exhibit catalogs and study guides in print, Web, and digital media, and by providing an orientation—whether by a permanent exhibit, videos, and/or print materials to the rich architectural history (historic and recent) of the Downtown and hilltop neighborhoods of Cincinnati.   Image of the AFC Gallery.
